Creating with Chord Flashcards

broken_chordblock_chord When you play each note separately, you're playing  a "broken chord."

• Play all three notes together and you've got a "block chord."

1. With your left hand, play a "block chord."

2. With your right hand, play the same chord, "broken" style.

3. Continue these right hand "broken chord tones." Play them in various different orders and you're making up your own music, complete with melody and harmony!
